Mobile game sector has now very developed and frankly we see this sector as an opportunity for new entrepreneurs. Therefore, the focus our firm is to develop mobile games. Our first game Beevolution took its place in markets in December 2013. We produced our first game for the global market but after we realized that the number of games for users in Turkey’s local market is very low. One of the requirements of this field is to know the user and producing games to address their interests. We think that the developers in the market are the ones to know the user best. Therefore, it is more important for us to develop games for the local market. We carry two different game projects simultaneously. These games will be for Turkey market in contrast to Beevolution.

Beevolution is a survival and base protection game. In the story of the game, the struggle for freedom of worker bees working under hard conditions is told. We also have a video telling this story for those who want to watch it. You try to survive by touching the bullets coming from soldier bees and sending them back. You proceed in the game by sending back their bullets and demolishing their bases. Well, when you add different color combinations, different bee types, boosters in the game the game becomes strategic and entertaining. It has been downloaded nearly 50 thousand times. The full version of the game was released in December 2013 but we continue to develop it. There are 2 more projects we are dealing with now. One of them is the state of a puzzle game of our youth, with a little interpretation of ours. The other one is an action game which has basic game dynamics but is very entertaining. Both games include our cultural elements. You will see them in markets soon.

Do Major General Manager

As Do Major, our first aim is to strengthen the bonds between music and technology. Focusing especially on smart instrument learning systems, the company claims that instrument learning can only be permanent when it is combined with music listening experience.

Our first project is the Easy Guitar project, on which we have been working for 2 years. Easy Guitar is a smart guitar which speeds up and facilitates Easy Guitar users’ playing guitar. Even though it is a normal classical guitar, it can direct the user by the light units corresponding on each string and key. There is a USB connection at the place where there is a jack input in normal electronic guitars, enabling to be connected to amplifiers. By that means, users can connect easy guitar to their computer. Easy Guitar, connected to the computer, can make connection with easyguitarplay.com and can be controlled over internet. When users select one of the YouTube videos in easyguitarplay.com the video plays via YouTube and Easy Guitar shows how the song is played simultaneously by the light units on the keys. The user can record the song in their conscious without remembering the song’s chords, name and symbol. One of the most important features is transposition. By this means, the user can transpose the chord progression of the songs according to their voice and can learn these progressions by the help of lights.

Besides its technological side, Easy Guitars come with components and accessories that are chosen with attention. The woods of guitars get one step further in terms of voice than the Chinese manufactures using plywood, by choosing rich woods like cedar and mahogany with rich acoustic features. The polish and color of the guitars almost all of which are hand-made are completed in accordance with acoustic features and elegant design elements are added. Now there are blue and white light models are produced, other color light models will be offered to users soon. It is possible to use the lights on the guitar to present a visual feast to the audience during the performance.

As GUI Informatics, we started operation in METU KOSGEB in February 2011. We realized that the sector has a lack in developing software meeting the visual needs of customers, giving importance to the usability standards even though it has successful firms in software. We aimed to be the solution to the increasing contradictions between the project demanders and project developers due to the fact that the developed software programs remain below customer expectations in terms of graphic design and usability. We started to work in various fields in the sector with this idea. First, we focused on giving software and interface support to MicrosoftSharePoint projects of public organizations. By this means, public organizations started to obtain solutions that can meet the expectations of usability and interface terms while they benefit from the wide advantages of MicrosoftSharePoint products. Thereupon, we decided to widen our studies on this and we became able to develop software programs compatible with interfaces to be used in all software fields and with usability standards.

By means of our experiences, we got included in development studies of NATO air command control system interface. We have continued to develop usage scenarios and interfaces since 2012. As a firm, we started development studies of our own product, other than projects, and we carried ebrosur.com into life as a result of our two-year R&D activities. eBroşür is a comprehensive platform that enables to deliver printed media to users in digital environment. By enabling its visitors the opportunity of searching, finding and showing current chances and informing them about local chances, it enables them to shop over the most suitable prices in their own region. At the same time, it offers firms the option of making campaigns in many platforms (web, mobile, smarttv) at the same time with its location based target audience skill.

eBroşür enables to join the consumers and retailers that make shopping or price research over internet or physical shops in the present day. GUI Informatics plans to become a firm that will decrease external dependence of our country in software sector by developing solutions to compete in international markets in the software sector.

By this incorporation, Hacettepe TGV takes it as its principle to support innovative entrepreneurship from the beginning in its frame and within its body.

Aiming at enabling to clear the steps and control points for the maturing of a business idea by the methods for evaluating innovative ideas, Hacettepe Innovative Investment Inc. took it as a principle to enable to establish corporation culture; to enable to commercialize ideas and thus find investors directing towards these issues; and to offer opportunities, resources and processes for innovators to exhibit their creativity.
